We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage and resolve customer enquiries, develop strong relationships with stakeholders, and deliver exceptional outcomes.
- Key responsibilities include prioritizing and managing inbound phone and email-based customer cases and queries, developing excellent rapport with customers and internal stakeholders, and identifying complex problems to resolve them or escalate where necessary.
This role requires a strong problem-solving skillset and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for building relationships with key stakeholders, communicating effectively through various channels, and driving business growth through exceptional customer service.
Essential Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a customer service environment, preferably in a call centre or retail setting.
- Proven ability to resolve complex customer issues, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions that meet customer needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Able to work effectively in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and open communication.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
