Job Title:

Customer Experience Manager

Overview:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and leading the reception team to achieve high standards of customer service.

The Role:

In this diverse and challenging role, you will manage the customer service delivery to our members, oversee the reception team, and drive KPI's of customer service and retention. You will provide professional service to every member interaction, assist with inquiries, and work closely with the reception team to meet and exceed customer service targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage overdue accounts, cancellations & enquiries, meeting company targets.
  • Supervise the Reception team, providing training & ongoing support for new employees.
  • Rostering of Reception team, working with the Retail Manager to ensure adequate staff at critical times to provide the ultimate customer experience.
  • Work with the Reception team to meet and exceed customer service targets and other KPI's.
  • Answer calls, handle queries & manage complaints.
  • Utilize computer systems to look up member details, create access key tags, process purchases, and assist members with booking classes.
  • Perform café duties including using a coffee machine & making protein shakes.
  • Maintain venue cleanliness ensuring the reception/café area are neat & tidy, the supplement shelves are stocked, and the apparel is precisely displayed.
  • Follow directions, prioritize & complete tasks in a timely manner.
