Key Role: Guest Experience Host & Face to Face Sales Lead Generator
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team at Coffs Harbour. The role involves delivering exceptional experiences for owners and guests, providing information on local area attractions, and generating sales appointments for our sales centers located at our amazing resorts and via livestream.
The successful candidate will have:
  • Previous experience within a similar hotel position.
  • Genuine passion for customer service and the local area.
  • Excellent communication skills with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated and positive individual.
  • Immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards.
  • High levels of computer literacy.
  • Ability to recognize and solve problems in the workplace.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, public and school holidays.

Key Responsibilities include:
  • Greet and register owners and guests, providing information on local area attractions.
  • Meet guests face to face and generate sales appointments for our sales centers.
  • Establish commonality and build rapport with customers to ensure an exceptional experience is delivered.
  • Work closely with the resort operations team to provide a high level of service and a seamless transition for owners and guests through the check-in process.
  • Clearly articulate the benefit of traveling within Wyndham Destinations community.
  • Meet targets and KPIs as set by the business.

  • Previous experience working in a hotel or similar environment.
