**Job Description:**

  • As a customer development manager, you will be responsible for building effective business relationships with our target customers utilizing our newly introduced CRM platform and best-in-class promotional activity.
  • You will understand our customer's needs, proactively solve their problems, and identify areas to grow their share of spend with Repco.
  • You are ultimately responsible for the sales and gross margin performance of your territory of approximately 150 customers.

**Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Sales Performance: Achieve sales budgets through a proactive and innovative approach.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with customers and company stakeholders.
  • CRM Systems: Experience using CRM systems.
  • Trade Shows & Training Sessions: Attend and participate in sales meetings, trade shows & training sessions.
