Job Role Overview

The Engagement and Marketing Specialist is responsible for delivering high-quality customer service, marketing activities, and promoting sustainable growth within the organization. They will lead intake and engagement of prospective participants, focusing on building strong relationships with key stakeholders.



Key Responsibilities
  • Work with new incoming enquiries to conversion and onboarding, prepare data for reporting, and establish community connections with key stakeholders.
  • Attend sector meetings and events to promote organizational services.
  • Compare market trends and suggest strategies to enhance business visibility and growth.


Qualifications and Skills Required
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Previous experience in this role or similar positions.
  • Prior knowledge of marketing/promotions principles (Certificate 4 or equivalent).
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve financial growth.
  • Experience with developing and applying innovative engagement/marketing methods.
  • Ability to work with diverse backgrounds and cultures.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivation and teamwork skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
