About the Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Learning and Development Advisor to join our team at Minprovise. In this role, you will be instrumental in fostering a culture of continuous learning and development, empowering our employees to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify learning needs and objectives.
  • Design and develop engaging training programs aligned with organizational goals.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to apprentices throughout their training journey.
  • Utilize diverse instructional methods and technologies for effective learning.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify skills gaps and training requirements.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
  • Assist in creating individual development plans for employees.
  • Foster relationships with external training providers and educational institutions.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (mandatory).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of various mine sites throughout WA and their onboarding/compliance procedures (desirable).
  • Ability to design and present training materials tailored to organizational needs.
