Strata Claims Specialist

The role of Strata Claims Specialist involves utilizing your skills to resolve insurance claims, examining reported losses to establish cause, liability, and quantum, with the customer and client at the center of your work.

This specialist works closely with clients and customers to determine the extent and cause of loss through effective investigation methods, assessing whether the loss falls within the terms and conditions of the policy.

  • Complete onsite and digital assessments of Strata properties on behalf of insurance companies/underwriters.
  • Determine the extent and cause of loss through effective, efficient, and client-focused investigation methods.
  • Assess whether the loss falls within the terms and conditions of the insurance policy.

About You

Key requirements for this role include previous loss adjusting experience with a focus on Strata claims, understanding of the complete claims management lifecycle, ability to build and maintain key client relationships, and Diploma in Loss Adjusting or equivalent.
