Dispute Resolution Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dispute Resolution Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Dispute Resolution team, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of cases in different industry sectors.

The successful candidate will have a broad skill set and the experience needed to excel in their legal career. You will be responsible for managing file loads under supervision, building relationships with clients and engaging with various stakeholders.

  • Commercial, corporate, and contract litigation in superior federal and state courts
  • Franchising and property disputes for franchisors, owners, and local government
  • Building and construction commercial disputes and regulatory matters
  • IP, patent, and general commercial litigation in Federal Court
  • Debt collection and insolvency

You will have the ability to build strong relationships with clients and engage with various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have previous litigation experience and a demonstrated ability to manage file loads under supervision.
