We are currently seeking an experienced F&B Supervisor to join our team at the Pav Bar Outlet in Brisbane.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service, managing teams, and driving sales growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead shift operations and ensure seamless execution of events and functions;
- In collaboration with the management team, develop a promotional calendar to engage customers;
- Work closely with the kitchen team to deliver fresh, modern meals that exceed customer expectations;
- Assist in hiring and motivating staff to maintain high standards of quality and service;
- Foster ideas and opportunities to maximize revenue and increase profit.
About You
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Previous experience in a similar fast-paced environment managing a bar;
- A strong track record of leadership and team management;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work efficiently and produce quality results;
- Availability to work shifts over a 7-day roster, including late finishes, weekends, and public holidays;
- Current QLD RSA certification;
- RMLV certification (highly regarded but not essential).
