Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team as we embark on an exciting new era for food and beverage in Brisbane. As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and assisting F&B Attendants to deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring the outlets are prepared and organised to meet business requirements.

Your key responsibilities will include supervising team members and assisting the leadership team with any training and development needed for team members. You will also monitor the quality of food and beverage service to ensure high standards are always maintained, and set specific daily performance objectives for all team members and supervise the service flow.

In addition, you will make recommendations to the Venue Manager that will assist in maximising revenue and minimising costs to meet company goals. To succeed in this role, you will need to have demonstrated supervisory experience in a similar role, managing large teams with confidence and effectiveness.

Salary

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

About Us

The $3.6 billion Queen's Wharf Brisbane development is being delivered by Destination Brisbane Consortium – a joint venture led by The Star Entertainment Group alongside its partners.

When complete, Queen's Wharf Brisbane will deliver four new luxury hotels, more than 50 new food and beverage experiences, significant luxury retail, the restoration of nine heritage buildings, and around 1,500 residential apartments.
