We are a 5-Star luxury Hotel and the flagship for Stamford Hotels & Resorts, located on the banks of the river and a short distance from the Botanic Gardens. Our unique location offers stunning river views and a range of corporate, special events, and weddings. We also host various food and beverage outlets, including the renowned Pav Bar.
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced F&B Supervisor to provide leadership and oversee shift operations of our Pav Bar Outlet. The successful candidate will be passionate, motivated, and goal-oriented, with a strong focus on achieving excellence in financial performance, processes, and compliance.
Main Responsibilities- Assist in achieving financial excellence and process compliance
- Develop a promotional calendar to engage customers
- Work with the kitchen team to deliver fresh, modern meals
- Assist in hiring and motivating the team to maintain exceptional standards
- Foster ideas to maximise revenue and exceed customer expectations
We are looking for a team player who leads by example, with previous experience in a similar environment managing a bar. You will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to customer service. You must hold a current QLD RSA and have a strong team player mentality.
