Group Sales Coordinator Job Description

At Echo Entertainment Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Group Sales Coordinator to join our Hospitality Strategy Commercial team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to drive the success of our Group Sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high levels of administrative support to the Group Sales team, including data entry, proposal creation, and contract management.
  • Support the preparation for meetings, including booking meeting rooms, taking and distributing meeting minutes, and collating information for presentations.
  • Prepare reports and marketing briefs for sales collateral, tradeshows, and other requirements.
  • Book travel and manage the coordination and distribution of client gifts.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrate attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiency in all tasks.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external clients.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business requirements.
