As a senior leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organisation, driving business strategy and innovation.

About the Role

This senior leadership role reports directly to the Executive Leadership Team and plays a critical part in shaping our organisation's future. As a member of this team, you will work closely with other senior leaders to drive business strategy and make informed decisions.

About You and Your Skills
  • We're looking for Senior Leaders with:
  • 10+ years of experience in a senior leadership position, preferably in customer-driven businesses.
  • Experience building effective engagement and trusted partnerships with c-suite stakeholders.
  • Proven leadership of large diverse management teams.
  • A track record of leading the development and implementation of long-term business plans and budgets.
  • Experience leading major change programs that impact customers, team members, and communities.
  • Experience designing and working with agile operating systems.
  • Strong commercial expertise gained from a broad range of experiences.
  • Understanding of current and emerging global markets.
  • Cross-functional understanding and vision.
