This senior leadership role reports directly to the Executive Leadership Team and plays a critical part in shaping our organisation's future. As a member of this team, you will work closely with other senior leaders to drive business strategy and make informed decisions.

About You and Your Skills- We're looking for Senior Leaders with:
- 10+ years of experience in a senior leadership position, preferably in customer-driven businesses.
- Experience building effective engagement and trusted partnerships with c-suite stakeholders.
- Proven leadership of large diverse management teams.
- A track record of leading the development and implementation of long-term business plans and budgets.
- Experience leading major change programs that impact customers, team members, and communities.
- Experience designing and working with agile operating systems.
- Strong commercial expertise gained from a broad range of experiences.
- Understanding of current and emerging global markets.
- Cross-functional understanding and vision.
