**Responsibilities include**:

- Full P&L responsibility
- Overall leadership of the VIC business in what is a genuine state GM level role
- Lead the business through a period of growth and expansion

- Highly developed stakeholder management skills with proven experience delivering solutions

- Ensuring compliance and corporate governance requirements are met
