Leadership Development Specialist

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of designing, delivering and implementing leadership and talent development programs that meet business objectives. Previous experience with psychometric assessments and coaching senior-level stakeholders is also highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:- Develop strong relationships with senior leaders and the broader People & Culture team
- Collaborate with Business Partners and COEs to understand pillar and function needs
- Employ an evidence-based approach utilising research and data to inform recommendations and implementation
- Design and develop learning solutions that are fit for purpose and demonstrate desired outcomes
- Manage the delivery of leadership programs and team cohesion workshops
- Provide coaching to senior leaders across the business
- Partner with external vendors to deliver key initiatives
- Previous success in designing, delivering and implementing leadership and talent development solutions
- Experience with psychometric assessments including LSI and Hogan
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles
- Passion for facilitation and coaching with senior-level stakeholders
- Strategic mindset supported by a pragmatic operational approach

- External market knowledge of emerging trends in talent management and HR-related fields
