Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Director to lead our Commercial team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen to drive business growth and excellence in our organization.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Director of Housing Programs and be responsible for leading various commercial, financial, transactional, and governance-related matters across multiple funding rounds. They will work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external advisors to prepare, negotiate, review, and finalize market-facing tenders, contracts, and other documents.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the preparation, assessment, and evaluation of recommendations and reports for funding rounds;
  • Supporting transaction process strategies, commercial structuring, contract negotiations, and qualitative and quantitative analysis;
  • Managing complex projects from inception to completion, with a focus on execution and business improvement;

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in property, commerce, law, finance, economics, or related disciplines;
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in corporate advisory, property, infrastructure/construction, or government sectors;
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen, with excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills;
  • Ability to interface between internal teams and external stakeholders effectively;
