Director of Commercial Growth

Job Title:
Main Revenue Growth DirectorThe main goal of this position is to drive revenue growth and sales effectiveness for a portfolio of short courses. The ideal candidate will be a commercially driven leader with experience in leading commercial growth, developing strategic partnerships, and driving pipeline development.
About the Role:
- Develop and implement a go-to-market strategy to expand brand reach and drive pipeline growth.
- Lead the sales strategy for both open-enrolment and custom executive education offerings, ensuring delivery of revenue and growth targets.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics to inform tactical decisions.
- Build a sales-driven culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement.
- Owning the revenue performance of the open and custom portfolios, ensuring commercial viability.
- Partner with finance and delivery teams to deliver accurate forecasting and budgeting.
- Inform demand generation and marketing strategies that support lead acquisition and conversion.
- Provide strategic input into segmenting targeting, value proposition development, and campaign messaging based on client insights and market trends.
- Leverage CRM tools and sales analytics to manage pipeline and forecast performance.
