About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled B2B Customer Support Specialist to join our Carsales Dealer Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our dealers, performance managers, and business development managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and LiveChat, with a focus on finding solutions and saying "yes" as often as possible.
- Take ownership of customer enquiries and handle them in a professional and courteous manner.
- Regularly update customers on the progress of their requests.
- Record notes for all support queries, changes, and task completions.
- Stay up-to-date with our product and service offerings to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements
- Previous experience providing technical support in a call centre role, with a proven track record of handling difficult customer issues effectively.
- Highly analytical and data-driven, with excellent time management skills.
- An articulate communicator with a clear speaking voice.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with a focus on ensuring that no small detail goes unnoticed.
