Senior Talent Development Professional

We are seeking a Senior Talent Development Professional to join our organization. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced HR generalist to take on a senior role and contribute to the development of our team.

In this position, you will work closely with senior leaders to design, develop, and implement comprehensive talent development strategies that align with our business objectives. You will be responsible for creating a sophisticated learning environment that fosters growth, innovation, and excellence throughout the organization.

Your primary focus will be on providing proactive HR services, including internal consultancy on company policies, change management, organisation/job design, staff development, pay/remuneration, employee engagement, ER/IR, and performance management. You will also establish and lead the training and development function, planning, designing, delivering, and evaluating technical, behavioural, and management training courses.

You will have experience in a large local or multinational organization, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Your ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and drive business results through effective talent development will be key to your success in this role.
