We are seeking a skilled Office Services Manager to oversee the delivery of office services and facilities management for our Sydney, Newcastle, and Griffith offices.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of facilities services to meet the needs of the business, including premises management, processes, policies, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide operational leadership and manage efforts to maintain a high level of building presentation.
- Ensure optimal operation of building plant and equipment across the Sydney, Newcastle, and Griffith offices.
- Oversee procurement activities from external suppliers, ensuring technical, risk, and statutory requirements are met.
- Manage office services and catering supplies inventory, including preferred supplier lists.
- Assist with coordinating internal events and meetings, including allocation of rooms, IT setup, catering, and team resourcing.
- Oversee maintenance of office information, including contact books, headcount reports, office maps, organizational structures, nameplates, and other documents as required.
- Develop working relationships with service centre and concierge teams, maintaining a team environment and enhancing overall service delivery standards.
