Operational Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Operational Supervisor to coordinate project delivery, manage site operations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

The role will be based in Newcastle with travel to other locations as required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating onsite project delivery and managing resources
  • Developing strong relationships with clients, suppliers and regulatory agencies
  • Managing field-based project delivery including labour, equipment and logistics
  • Monitoring plant operations and assisting in optimisation
  • Conducting water quality sampling and ensuring procedures are followed
  • Carrying out routine maintenance duties and managing resources
  • Participating in safety and environmental management processes
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve continuous improvement of plant processes
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in supervising site operations, specialising in water projects
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in water treatment operations
  • Practical experience in Quality, Environmental and OH&S Management systems
  • Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships
  • Willingness to travel interstate
  • Police Clearance Check (ability to obtain Department of Defence security clearance)
  • Cert III Water Treatment or similar desired
