New Home Build Project Specialist

We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our operations team as a Project Coordinator.
This key role involves guiding and supporting customers throughout the preconstruction process of building their new home, ensuring a high-quality file is delivered to the construction team.
Responsibilities include managing multiple clients from Deposit through to Site Start, collating information for other departments, and completing time-critical administrative tasks and deadlines.
Key Requirements- A strong commitment to providing professional customer service and support.
- Previous experience in a similar customer-facing role.
- The ability to work under pressure successfully managing multiple clients and prioritizing workloads.
