Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Advisor, Aviation Governance to join our team. As a key member of our governance unit, you will be responsible for managing access licensing for airside operations, overseeing aviation systems, and monitoring aircraft turnaround processes.

You will drive stakeholder collaboration across ground handlers, airlines, and internal teams to deliver safe and efficient operations. Your analytical mindset and ability to interpret data will enable you to identify opportunities for process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage access licensing for airside operations to ensure compliance standards
  • Oversee aviation systems, ensuring performance, data integrity, and user experience
  • Monitor and improve aircraft turnaround processes through data-driven insights
  • Drive stakeholder collaboration across ground handlers, airlines, and internal teams
  • Lead reporting and analysis of operational performance, identifying opportunities for improvement
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Proven experience in developing and leading licensing or access agreements in high-risk, customer-focused environments
  • In-depth knowledge of Aviation Operations, ground handling, and turnaround activities
  • ICAM Lead Investigator certification
  • IATA Ground Operations (highly desirable)
  • Strong understanding of Civil Aviation Safety Regulations, ICAO Annexes, and IATA IGOM
  • Experience in Aviation Safety Management Systems and incident investigations
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills within complex operational settings
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and drive process improvements
  • Proficiency in report writing, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement programs
