Job Title

The role of Aviation Governance Lead is a critical one, requiring strong leadership and strategic thinking to drive the success of our organization.

  • Develop and lead licensing or access agreements in a high-risk, customer-focused operational environment.
  • Oversee key aviation systems such as airside driver and vehicle control management system, ensuring performance, data integrity and user experience.
  • Monitor and improve aircraft turnaround processes through data-driven insights.
  • Drive stakeholder collaboration across ground handlers, airlines, and internal teams to deliver safe and efficient operations.
  • Lead reporting and analysis of operational performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage SaaS vendor relationships and ensure systems meet current and future business needs.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in developing and leading licensing or access agreements in a high-risk, customer-focused operational environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of Aviation Operations, ground handling and turnaround activities.
  • ICAM Lead Investigator.
  • IATA Ground Operations (highly desirable).
  • Strong understanding of Civil Aviation Safety Regulations, ICAO Annexes and IATA IGOM.
  • Experience in Aviation Safety Management Systems and incident investigations.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills within complex operational settings.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive process improvements.
  • Proficiency in report writing, performance monitoring and continuous improvement programs.
