As a key player in aviation governance, you will drive effective governance and stakeholder accountability across critical airside operations and systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure access licensing for airside operations meets compliance standards.
- Oversee key aviation systems to guarantee performance, data integrity, and user experience.
- Monitor and improve aircraft turnaround processes through data-driven insights.
- Drive collaboration among ground handlers, airlines, and internal teams to deliver safe and efficient operations.
- Lead reporting and analysis of operational performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Manage SaaS vendor relationships to ensure systems meet current and future business needs.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in developing and leading licensing or access agreements in a high-risk environment. They will possess in-depth knowledge of Aviation Operations, ground handling, and turnaround activities.
A strong understanding of Civil Aviation Safety Regulations, ICAO Annexes, and IATA IGOM is essential. Experience in Aviation Safety Management Systems and incident investigations is highly desirable.
Our ideal candidate will possess analytical skills, the ability to interpret data, and drive process improvements. Proficiency in report writing, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement programs is required.
This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills to drive business growth and improvement.
