Key Responsibilities

  • Enhancing relationships with sponsors, media, SANFL and community partners;
  • Driving innovation in marketing, branding and member engagement;
  • Leading staff performance and development to meet operational goals and deliver excellence;
  • Fostering a strong, inclusive and accountable club culture;
  • Supporting growth and investment in strengthening development pathways within junior and regional academy programs, competitions.
