We are looking for a superstar Assistant Club Manager and Membership Consultant to join our team approx 20-38 hrs a week - both are casual positions with potential for either part or full position.
Come and join the fun, and show us what you've got.You will be joining the team at our brand new facility at Flinders Park and also assist the team at our 2 other clubs located in the Western Suburbs.
Anytime Fitnessis the world's largest, and fastest growing 24/7 fitness franchise, with over 5000 clubs worldwide. Through strong knowledge, practical training techniques and high level of service we are looking for someone to assist individuals and groups increase their quality and quantity of life.
As a Assistant Club Manager and Membership Consultant your key focuses will be:
- Assisting with Club Manager Duties
- Play a key role in our Pre Sale strategy
- Generating new leads
- Making calls to both new leads and members
- Providing the highest level of service to our existing members
- Building rapport with our staff, members and Personal Trainers
- Ensuring the club is clean, safe and operating efficiently day-to-day
- Meeting targets and continually striving to improve
- Organising, posting, and responding to social media (FB and IG)

- Previous sales skills will be beneficial
- Punctual, presentable and professional
- Specific Gym Management experience is not a necessity as training will be provided on the job.
- Be able to work across multiple clubs
- Free Anytime Fitness Membership, so you can walk the talk
The following qualifications will be required:
2 years of sales experience
Senior First Aid or equivalent
CPR Certificate
Valid Working with Children's Certificate
Valid SA license with access to a car
