Key Responsibilities

  • Establish strong relationships with contractors and tradespeople to ensure high-quality property upkeep.
  • Manage arrears and conduct regular inspections.
  • Represent the company at tribunal hearings as required.
  • Handle tenant inquiries, lease renewals, and rental negotiations.
Requirements
  • Prior experience managing a residential portfolio.
  • A valid Certificate of Registration or Class 2 License.
  • A current driver's license.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A positive attitude and commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
