We are seeking an experienced and proactive professional to manage a diverse portfolio of client sites.
About the Role:- Oversee a portfolio of client sites, ensuring that all facilities-related issues are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain accurate records of work orders, maintenance schedules, and other relevant information.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of facilities management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse portfolio of client sites.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve facilities management processes.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and address any facilities-related concerns or issues.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing a diverse portfolio of client sites.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
