Commercial Property Management Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Commercial Property Manager with a prestigious client. The role involves the operational management of a commercial portfolio consisting of multiple assets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Management: Utilize Xero software to formulate annual income and expenditure budgets, undertake monthly forecasting, and maintain leasing costs, incentives, and variance analysis.
  • Operational Management: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and periodic reports, ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, and review and manage internal systems in conjunction with stakeholders.
  • Customer Relations: Foster strong tenant relationships, effectively solve complex problems, and manage relationships with industry contractors.
Requirements:
  • Strong financial management skills, including preparation of leasing documentation.
  • Ability to understand internal property and compliance systems.
  • Property-related degree (desirable).
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Self-starter with confidence in delivering results and a hunger for professional growth.
