About the Role
The Front Office Supervisor is a key member of our team, responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure. As a leader in our Front Office Team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operation of the team, ensuring that all team members are prepared and well-informed to deliver an exceptional experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Front Office Manager in overseeing the daily operation of the Front Office Team, ensuring that all team members are working together to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Manage guest requests, inquiries, and complaints in a professional and efficient manner, ensuring that all guests receive a high level of service.
- Maintain exceptional standards, ensuring that all team members are prepared and well-informed to deliver an exceptional experience for our guests.
- Maximize sales revenues through up-selling and marketing programs, ensuring that our guests have a memorable and enjoyable stay with us.
- Assist with training and development of the Front Office Team, ensuring that all team members have the skills and knowledge they need to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to professionally communicate with guests and team members.
- A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences, with a focus on providing a high level of service to all guests.
- Demonstrated ability to resolve problems and conflict, and work efficiently under pressure, ensuring that all guests receive a high level of service.
- Well-presented, organized, and with a calm personality, able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
