Your Key Responsibilities

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a Front Office department at a supervisory level, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
- Knowledge of hotel property management systems, with a preference for Opera.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and multitask.
- A positive attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and exceeding expectations.
- Valid driver's license and the ability to work a flexible roster, including weekends and public holidays.
