About the Role

The Front Office Supervisor is a key member of the hotel team, responsible for ensuring a seamless and memorable guest experience. This role requires a proactive and upbeat demeanor, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process all guest check-ins, verifying guest identity and form of payment, and assigning rooms.
  • Set up accurate accounts for each guest according to their requirements.
  • Secure payment prior to issuing room keys, verify/adjust billing, and compile daily reports/logs/contingency lists.
  • Complete cashier and closing reports, and accommodate guest requests.
  • Assist management in training, evaluating, counseling, motivating, and coaching employees.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships, support team goals, and listen to employee concerns.
  • Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues, using clear and professional language.
