Key Responsibilities
  1. Supervise Front Desk Operations: Oversee the front desk team to ensure seamless check-in and check-out processes, and provide exceptional guest service.
  2. Lead by Example: Demonstrate our legendary service standards and empower your team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
  3. Expert Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the hotel, its services, and the surrounding area to exceed guest expectations.
  4. Guest Enquiries: Handle general enquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements
