
Help Desk Professional

We're seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as an IT Support Specialist. This role requires exceptional technical skills, a customer-centric mindset, and strong communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide hardware and software support to employees
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues
- Document and track issues through a service desk
- Assist in administration and maintenance of existing IT systems and implementation of new IT technologies
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience with GSuite or O365 administration
- Knowledge of Service Desk Platforms (JIRA, Zendesk, ServiceNow)
- Experience with MacOS is a plus
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and follow-through
- Fluency in English
