IT Support Specialist

We're seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as an IT Support Specialist. This role requires exceptional technical skills, a customer-centric mindset, and strong communication abilities.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide hardware and software support to employees
  • Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues
  • Document and track issues through a service desk
  • Assist in administration and maintenance of existing IT systems and implementation of new IT technologies

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience with GSuite or O365 administration
  • Knowledge of Service Desk Platforms (JIRA, Zendesk, ServiceNow)
  • Experience with MacOS is a plus
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and follow-through
  • Fluency in English
