About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Boutique Manager to lead our Piaget boutique team in delivering exceptional client experiences and driving business growth. As a key member of our luxury retail team, you will be responsible for managing the boutique's performance, client relationships, and team development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Boutique Performance:
    • Develop and implement annual business strategies and objectives in collaboration with the Retail Manager and Brand Manager.
    • Monitor sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective action plans as needed.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with concierges and intermediaries to drive business opportunities.
    • Ensure compliance with retail guidelines and tools defined by the Retail Manager and Brand.
    • Conduct regular market benchmarking to identify business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
    • Provide monthly reporting to the Retail Manager on sales, traffic, KPIs, and other key metrics, and propose corrective actions as needed.
  • Clients' Treatment:
    • Act as an ambassador for the Piaget brand, providing exceptional client service and care.
    • Develop and implement effective data capture and follow-up systems to ensure seamless client experiences.
    • Handle client service and issue resolution with professionalism and attention to detail.
    • Implement regular client engagement and loyalty programs to drive repeat business.
  • Team Management:
    • Directly manage the boutique staff, including sales associates and security guards.
    • Conduct regular team briefings and one-on-one meetings to ensure clear communication and goal alignment.
    • Evaluate team performance through regular assessments and provide coaching and development opportunities as needed.
    • Develop and implement staff evolution plans, including benefits, bonuses, and career development opportunities.
    • Delegate operational activities and establish clear responsibilities within the team.
  • Boutique Operations:
    • Ensure compliance with boutique operations guidelines and procedures.
    • Implement effective mystery shopping programs to drive quality and customer satisfaction.
    • Organize CRM activities and events within the boutique to drive sales and enhance the Piaget brand presence.
    • Manage relationships with intermediaries and third parties, including tour guides and concierges.
    • Control boutique expenses, including discounts, gifts, and travel expenses.
    Requirements
    • A minimum of five to seven years of prior management experience in luxury retail or service.
    • Foreign languages not essential but preferred (English a must).
    • Computer knowledge in Microsoft, with knowledge of SAP a plus.
    • Excellent presentation, interpersonal, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
    • Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to prospect outside the boutique.
    • People management skills and ability to develop and lead high-performing teams.
