The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to support the development and deployment of our new workforce management solution. We aim to deliver productivity wage budgets for all stores nationally, within deployed divisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing, monitoring, and managing primary outputs from our Workforce Management Systems.
  • Partnering with above-store teams to ensure that performance opportunities are identified and optimised.
  • SUPPORTING THE DELIVERY OF PRODUCTIVITY WAGE BUDGETS FOR ALL STORES NATIONALLY, WHERE OUR NEW SOLUTION IS DEPLOYED.
  • Supporting the delivery of a defined annual productivity cycle, ensuring that budgets are delivered on time, with full checks and balances applied to protect our investment in the cost base, therefore ensuring that customers receive the best service possible.
  • Running insights, reports, and providing ongoing support to store and above-store teams.
  • Identifying process change that reduces the cost of doing business, through identifying and valuing opportunities for improvement within our Business Support Model end-to-end processes.
  • SUPPORTING WORKFORCE MANAGEMENT SPECIALISTS IN ASSESSING IMPACTS OF CHANGED LABOUR STANDARDS.
Requirements
  • Experience in working with end-to-end workforce management/productivity system solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate back to stakeholders.
  • Tertiary education qualification in mathematics, statistics, or relevant business equivalent/experience.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, including the ability to engage, understand, interpret, and manage varying levels of business stakeholders.
  • Retail or customer service sector business experience, with the ability to understand and challenge processes and ways of working.
  • Experience in project management, Agile, and Google Cloud Platform would be advantageous to this role.
  • Kronos knowledge desired.
  • Google BigCloud knowledge desired.
