Due to growth my client is looking for a Workforce Relationship Specialist to join their team
Reporting directly to the HR Manager your will be responsible for the management and delivery of the workforce management solution for their respective business areas
**Responsibilities, but limited to**:
- Lead, manage and coordinate the development and delivery across the client's business
- Ensure workforce data integrity and accuracy across HR systems
- Partner with other departments to align data structures where possible and optimise data flow practices across departments
- Support the smooth allocation and deployment of resources ensuring continuity of resources on projects
- Assist forecasting resource demand and identify areas of risk by monitoring, reviewing and reporting on resource allocation and deployment
- Remain at all times compliant with our policies & procedures and proactively raise improvements where appropriate.
- Process improvements and streamlining across client accounts and internal Client Services Division
- Manage client escalations
- Assist the Client Services Manager in growing account through increased scope of service
- Drive knowledge sharing and best practice across the Client Services function
