Workforce Planning Operations Supervisor Role

The Workforce Planning Operations Supervisor is responsible for managing the preplanning process for all Australian Airports, ensuring we have fatigue, safety, operational and customer plans in place. This role will also involve leading a team to achieve these goals.

We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in Workforce Planning, including day of operations pre-planning and allocation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large teams and their performance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating the response to disruptions affecting airport operations

Requirements:
