Client Services Manager

We're building Australia's leading Defence and Veteran-focused mortgage broking team, helping ADF members, veterans, and Defence families secure finance and build long-term wealth — whilst being a trusted expert in their corner every step of the way.

The Role

You'll work alongside the broker to support clients from the start of their application right through to settlement. That means keeping clients updated, ensuring a white glove experience, checking the numbers add up, and working with banks and our team to make sure things run smoothly.

It's a mix of customer service and loan structuring — perfect if you enjoy helping people, problem-solving, and getting into the detail of how a deal comes together.

This role can be hybrid in Sydney or fully remote if that suits you better.

You'll be supported with a back end loan processing team and an experienced credit analyst, so you will not be responsible for admin tasks like pricing, valuation, CRM management or AOL lodgement.

What you'll do
  • Speak directly with clients during the process
  • Keep clients updated and supported so they never feel left in the dark
  • Run serviceability checks and help prepare loan proposals
  • Assist with packaging of applications
  • Liaise with banks and lenders
  • Make sure the client journey from proposal to settlement is seamless
What we're looking for
  • 2–3+ years' experience in mortgage broking, client services, or financial services
  • Have an understanding of the defence benefits, and pay structures.
  • Strong customer service skills — someone who genuinely enjoys looking after people
  • Some credit knowledge and an interest in loan structuring (experience with Defence clients is a bonus)
  • Organised and detail-oriented — able to keep a few moving parts under control
  • Clear communicator who can explain things simply and confidently
  • Para-broking or mortgage broking experience would be a plus
