Program Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to lead and execute the growth plan for our Financial Services Partnerships program. This role will be responsible for establishing, nurturing, and growing key partnerships with major financial institutions.

About the Role

  • Negotiate and Execute Partnership Agreements: Manage negotiations and ensure mutually beneficial agreements with partners.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between our organization and external partners, ensuring clear communication, effective collaboration, and the successful execution of initiatives.
  • Drive Revenue Growth and Performance: Monitor partnership performance, analyse data, and implement strategies to optimise financial outcomes.
  • Market Insights and Strategy Development: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new partnership opportunities, trends, and areas for innovation.

About You

  • Minimum 3+ years' experience in Financial Services and/or Relationship management role.
  • Project management and cross-functional skills with ability to manage, prioritise, implement and analyse various initiatives.
  • High level of competence with MS suite - Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Demonstrated experience in creating, disseminating and presenting key business insights and/or strategy initiatives clearly and concisely.
