Drive Strategic Partnerships

As a key member of our Financial Services team, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic partnerships that drive business outcomes and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Reporting to the General Manager of Financial Services, you will develop and maintain relationships with payment providers, leveraging your expertise to negotiate commercial benefits and drive growth.

The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of financial services and retail, with experience in partner relationship management (BNPL & strategic alliance partners). You will have a proven ability to drive outcomes across multiple clients and stakeholders, with a commercial acumen and budget management skills.

You will be responsible for:

  • Strategically prioritizing offers and opportunities to achieve the best outcomes for David Jones
  • Developing partner implementation and marketing innovation investment plans
  • Leading priorities and obligations to ensure optimal business outcomes
  • Working closely with Treasury and Finance on contractual agreements
  • Providing recommendations to the business on new opportunities
