Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in providing hands-on support and guidance to the team, fostering collaboration and high performance through active engagement and mentorship.
  • Oversee daily workflows to ensure smooth operations and timely task completion, addressing technical challenges promptly and allocating resources efficiently.
  • Enhance productivity and efficiency by implementing best practices and continuous improvement initiatives, monitoring team performance, and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Maintain high service quality by closely monitoring processes and outputs, working with the team to meet specifications and exceed customer expectations.
  • Utilize CMMS for accurate maintenance activity reporting and tracking, ensuring data is up-to-date and accessible for decision-making.
  • Support operational performance, safety, and customer satisfaction by regularly reviewing performance metrics and implementing strategies to meet targets.
