Key Role Summary

The Facilities Manager oversees the daily operations of industrial spaces, including production, manufacturing, and test support.

  • Manage routine safety inspections and collaborate with contractors to ensure operational continuity and efficiency.
  • Scope and project manage capital improvement projects from pre-construction to execution and customer handover.
  • Collaborate with equipment owners on future equipment moves and planning, ensuring utilities are in place and workflow is efficient.
  • Maintain fire suppression, HVAC, plumbing, water tanks, and other general utility repairs that support our spaces.

This role requires strong organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to work independently and drive outcomes with minimal oversight.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience supporting aerospace, defense, automotive, or other types of manufacturing facilities.
  • Technical training in plant engineering or maintenance, or comparable professional experience.
  • Strong knowledge of engineering concepts, including electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
  • Knowledgeable and experienced in EHS management in a facility.
