We are seeking a Facilities Manager to join our team in maintaining and optimizing our industrial spaces. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing day-to-day operations and projects, with a strong focus on safety and efficiency.

The role involves managing the entirety of the building, including interior and exterior spaces, as well as collaborating with equipment owners and the Environmental Health and Safety team to ensure compliance with regulations.

Required qualifications include 5+ years of related experience supporting aerospace, defense, automotive or other types of manufacturing facilities, with technical training in plant engineering or maintenance, or comparable professional experience.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operations in industrial spaces consisting of production, manufacturing, and test support.
  • Scope mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) work as the space evolves and changes.
  • Project manage capital improvement projects from pre-construction to customer handover.
  • Collaborate with equipment owners on future equipment moves and planning that is inclusive of the space, ensuring utilities are in place and workflow is efficient for all.
  • Maintain fire suppression, HVAC, plumbing, water tanks, and other general utility repairs that support our spaces.
