- Team Leadership & Development: Lead and develop a high-performing team.
- Risk & Safety Management: Identify hazards and enforce safety protocols.
- Equipment & Maintenance Oversight: Ensure proper maintenance of plant equipment.
About You:
- Experience in heavy industrial environments.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Certifications in Confined Space Entry, Crane Operations, Forklift, and Elevated Work Platform (EWP).
