Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Director to join our team in Analog, Mixed-Signal, and RF IC Design. The successful candidate will focus on driving key strategic decisions, roadmaps, and architectural developments for mixed-signal designs across global teams.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement mixed-signal design strategies to drive business growth and innovation.
  2. Leverage technical expertise to lead cross-functional teams and deliver high-quality solutions.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to define and execute project roadmaps and architectural developments.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in mixed-signal IC design, preferably with leadership roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
