Senior Analog IC Design Leader

We are seeking a seasoned technical leader to spearhead our analog and mixed-signal IC design efforts. As a senior expert, you will be responsible for driving key strategic decisions, roadmaps, and architectural developments for our mixed-signal designs across global teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hands-on Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and oversight to ensure successful product development and tape-out of high-performance analog and mixed-signal circuits.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with IC designers, system engineers, and support teams to develop and implement innovative solutions that meet customer requirements.
  • Talent Development: Recruit, mentor, and develop top engineering talent to foster a high-performance culture and drive business growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Technical Expertise: Proven experience in data converters, IC tape-out, and productization, with a strong ability to translate high-level specifications into block-level design requirements.
  • Leadership: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive collaboration.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, plus 13 years of experience, or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, plus 11 years of experience.
