We are seeking an experienced Chief Conversational AI Architect to drive the design and implementation of innovative AI solutions.

Job Description

This is a unique opportunity to join our team and shape the future of conversational AI. As a Senior Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing, documenting and supporting clients in implementing complex solutions that meet their needs.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that solutions are aligned with business objectives and provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.

Your expertise in cloud architecture, services, and data management will enable you to develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design documents, and implementation plans.

Additionally, you will evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for their use and participate in the development of project plans and timelines.

As a key member of our team, you will also provide technical support to clients as needed and collaborate with Architecture teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in solution architecture
  • Expertise in cloud architecture and services (e.g. Google Cloud)
  • Experience implementing solutions in line with ISO 27001 standards
  • Experience dealing with Enterprise clients and Architecture teams
  • Experience with Contact Centre's technology and people
  • Proficiency in microservices architecture, APIs, and integration strategies
  • Knowledge of data management and security best practices
