Job Title: Chief Data Infrastructure Architect

Key Outcomes and Accountabilities

The purpose of this role is to design, build and maintain the infrastructure, data pipelines, and systems that enable the collection, storage, curation, integration, and modelling of data for analytical purposes.

  • Develop and implement modern data management solutions and data models in cloud-based technologies such as AWS and Snowflake.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy laws and safeguards sensitive data from unauthorized access.
  • Implement security measures to protect data from breaches and cyber threats.
  • Contribute to the development of team objectives and recognises own role in achieving results.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Key Technical Skills:

  • Designing, developing, and implementing data pipelines using a range of cloud-based technologies and tools.
  • Experience with SQL and Python programming languages.
  • Knowledge of data management principles and best practices.

  • Attention to detail, teamwork, adaptability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
